Two oil profiles
Safflower oil is valued for its high content of unsaturated fatty acids. Depending on the seed variety and fatty acid profile, it can be positioned as a cold-use nutrition oil or a heat-stable cooking oil.
The final positioning depends on laboratory analysis of the oil's fatty acid profile.

Usually used raw in salads, sauces, nutrition-focused products, cosmetics and feed applications.
